Notice Regarding Amendment to the Bylaws of the Rock-Moore Public Water Authority of the State of Arkansas

Notice is hereby given that Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Rock-Moore Public Water Authority of the State of Arkansas (the "Authority") will be presented for approval at the annual meeting of the members/water users, to be held February 22, 2024 at 5:00 p. m. at the offices of the Authority located at 6920 Harrison Street, Sulphur Rock, Arkansas 72579.  A copy of the Amended and Restated Bylaws is available on the Authority's website.
