Rock-Moore Public Water Authority offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Payment in Office or by Telephone
You may pay your bill at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Nexbillpay to offer additional payment options for our customers. You can now pay in office or by phone using a debit card, credit card, or electronic check. To make a payment by telephone, contact our office during business hours. After hours, please call the automated number 1-844-368-3944. Your account number with Rock-Moore will be required. Nexbillpay charges a small service fee for each transaction. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. till 4:30 p.m. Occasionally we will be closed 12:00 till 1:00 p.m. for lunch. If you are planning on coming to our office during that hour, please call 870-799-2023 to make sure we will be open during lunch.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (if available) located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Payment Drop Box
After normal business hours, feel free to drop your payment off in our convenient drop box located in the drive thru of our office. Please place all payments in a sealed envelope and include your payment coupon for faster processing.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information. Debit and Credit card payments can be made using the Bill Payment link (see below, Click To Pay Your Bill Now) on our webpage, or by using the automated number 1-844-368-3944. For online or phone payment methods, your account number with Rock-Moore is required. Nexbillpay will charge a fee for that service. After a payment is made electronically or through Nexbillpay.net, it can take several days for an update to be posted to your total balance due to Rock-Moore as shown on Nexbillpay's webpage.
