Welcome to the Rock-Moore Public Water Authority Community.
You will need the following to obtain water service.
1. A lease/rental agreement or ownership papers, if you are the property owner.
2. A drivers license or other photo ID.
3. $85.00 deposit must be paid with check, cash or money order (debit and credit cards are excepted in the office, but there will be a fee to use a card).
The deposit must be paid in full before service is established.
